Using Skype or Facetime a personal trainer will coach you in a 30 minute personal training session that is challenging and custom designed just for you.  No equipment is required.  All exercises are simple and easy to do, using your own bodyweight.   A qualified personal trainer will motivate you, help you keep correct posture, stay focused and achieve your goals.
