We can all find reasons why not to exercise, but sometimes we need to recognize that we need to start at the very beginning and prioritize our health and take things one step at a time.

I aim to guide clients through health and fitness routines in an accessible, friendly and fun manner irrespective of current fitness levels – wherever you feel most comfortable – in the privacy of your home or office, or in a local community space.

I believe that many of the fitness services currently on offer can be intimidating and over complicated especially for individuals who are not used to fitness environments. I believe this is the case for many people who are or believe themselves to be overweight or for people who are older.

My approach to fitness focuses on both nutrition as well as accessible fitness routines as I believe that well-being is achieved through healthier diets as well as through activity.
